Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel a Private, Duet, Trio, or Group class and return it to your account, you must cancel by 5 PM the night prior to the class. Once your reservation is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded. If you haven’t canceled by 5 PM the night before, your scheduled class will be charged to your package.
You can only cancel your reservation in the following way: Send an email to cancel@powercorepilates.com, in the Subject line please write Cancel.
All sales of packages and classes are final and non-refundable.
