Private Sessions
One-on-one sessions are tailored for your wants and body’s needs. Each session will utilize the entire Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels) to achieve your goals. Pilates is known for creating a strong core, long lean muscles and beautiful posture.
Group Classes
Find community and inspiration as you workout. Group classes are small with 3-4 participants using the entire Pilates apparatus. Classes are results-oriented and cost-effective. You will get attention and detail in your session and sweat with your friends.
Online Sessions
Virtual classes help you maintain your workout from anywhere including the comfort of your own home. They are a great way to maintain your practice, stay healthy & fit, and connected to community. Offerings are One on One privates, Group Pilates Mat classes, One on One Personal Training and Group Strength Training classes.

About Francesca Gorgone
I’m Francesca, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor and the founder of Powercore Pilates. I am also a proud mother of 2 sons, and dog mom to my greyhound, Lazy. I’m a competitive runner and have completed numerous marathons, including the New York City Marathon.
